Links to and from other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites that we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Please read their terms and privacy policies. You may link to our home page, or to other pages, in a fair and lawful way that doesn’t damage our reputation or suggest we endorse you. We may withdraw this permission at any time.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
- the Site and its content are provided “as is”, and we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about them; and
- we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from relying on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, and any indirect or consequential loss. We are also not liable for loss caused by viruses, or by third-party sites you reach through the Site.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we use personal information and cookies. They are separate documents, and you should read them too.
